Course duration:
The total duration of the course is 36 academic hours divided into 10 modules. The frequency of meetings is once a week
1 module: 4 academic hours 2 hours of theory (17:00 to 19:00) + 2 hours of practice
The platform for conducting classes is ZOOM.
Access to all training materials through a closed group in the TELEGRAM messenger.
Course fee: 5 600 UAH
for members of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers, as well as participants of the courses of the Natalia Sablina Training Centre - 4 600 UAH

She works with the military and their families, leads support groups, and works with women who have suffered from domestic violence.

Head of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers, Director of the Natalia Sablina Training Centre.

An expert with practical experience in working with the military and their families. She has been providing psychological support and assistance to the military since 2014.
She completed internships in the USA in 2024, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2022, Northern Ireland and Poland in 2023. -
The course instructor is included in the official register of psychologists of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
Course objectives
- Discussion: What have you learnt?To introduce the participants to the basic principles of Viktor Frankl's logotherapy, its application in life and professional activity, as well as to teach practical methods used in logotherapy.
CURRICULUM, MODULES
Module 1: Introduction to speech therapy
- The history of speech therapy.
- Viktor Frankl: biography, basic ideas.
- Basic concepts: "meaning of life", "existential frustration", "noogenic neurosis".
Module 2: Philosophical foundations of logotherapy
- Man as a creature in search of meaning.
- Three dimensions of existence: physical, psychological, spiritual.
- Free will and responsibility.
Module 3: The meaning of life as a central idea of logotherapy
- Understanding the concept of "meaning of life".
- How can meaning change throughout life?
- Traps of existential vacuum.
Module 4: Existential vacuum and its overcoming
- Signs of existential vacuum.
- Causes of loss of meaning.
- Logotherapy techniques for overcoming the vacuum.
Module 5: Core values in logotherapy
- Categories of values: creative, experience and attitude.
- How does logotherapy work with values?
Module 6: The principle of paradoxical intentionality
- What is the paradoxical intention?
- Examples of its application in the therapy of fears and anxiety.
Module 7: Dereflection technique
- Dereflection as a way to switch attention.
- Application in the treatment of neuroses.
Module 8: Self-transcendence and the role of responsibility
- The concept of self-transcendence: going beyond oneself.
- Responsibility as a path to meaning.
Module 9: Logotherapy in overcoming suffering
- Attitude to suffering in logotherapy.
- Transformation of pain through meaning.
Module 10: Logotherapy in everyday life and relationships
- How to integrate logotherapy into everyday situations?
- Dealing with common challenges: stress, conflicts, routine.
- Finding meaning through relationships with others.
- The role of empathy and understanding in speech therapy.
Course summary and integration of knowledge
- Basic ideas of speech therapy: repetition.
CERTIFICATION
Certification
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of advanced training from the Natalia Sablina Training Centre. The course fee includes a certificate in Ukrainian. If you wish, you can order a certificate in English for an additional fee.
Our documents (certificates, certificates, etc.) can be counted as advanced training, as they fully comply with the requirements of paragraph 13 of the Procedure for advanced training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 800 of 21.08.2019, and entered into force on 03 September 2019.
CERTIFICATION CONDITIONS: participation in all modules and workshops, completion of homework in full, development and defence of certification work.
