The duration of the full course is 2 months.
5 modules (90% practice) of 8 academic hours each + 4 academic hours (36 hours) + practical part (20 hours)

during the war -35% - 7 900 UAH (instead of 14 500 UAH in peacetime)
5900 UAH - for students and participants of the courses of the Training Centre of Natalia Sablina and members of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers

PROGRAM
Course programme, modules
MODULE 1. What is coaching. The potential of the coaching profession. Types of coaching. Fundamentals of coaching communication. Algorithms for working with the client's mindset. How a coach sells his services. Basic principles of coaching, basic principles and competencies of professional coaching. Structure of the coaching session.
MODULE 2. Psychology of training activities. Overcoming fear of public speaking. Tools for keeping attention. Development of memory, imagination and sense of time. Gestures and postures of the speaker (mastering non-verbal language). Exercises in acting technique (language of emotions). Enhancing charisma and charm.
MODULE 3. Methods of persuasion for negotiations and presentations. Expressing your position. Argumentation and counter-argumentation. Business presentation with arguments and techniques. Speaking at seminars, conferences, debates. Oratorical techniques and logical arguments. Strengthening communication skills. Live practice with real clients.
MODULE 4. Tools for building a successful practice. Problem situations in coaching. Defining yourself. Determining the benefits of the client. Identifying your target audience. Promotion in social media for coaches. Creating your own website. Sales skills in coaching.
MODULE 5. Final workshop. Certification.
CERTIFICATE
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of advanced training from the Natalia Sablina Training Centre. The course fee includes a certificate in Ukrainian. If you wish, you can order a certificate in English for an additional fee.
CERTIFICATION CONDITIONS: participation in all modules and workshops, completion of homework in full, development and defence of a certification paper.
