Metaphorical associative maps "Katrina's Fairy Tales"
The metaphorical associative cards "Katrina's Fairy Tales" are a deck that combines two areas of work: fairy tale therapy and work with images.
The language of the fairy tale is simple and therefore accessible. The plot is transparent but mysterious, and this helps to develop imagination. And the fairy tale images are similar in nature to the images of children's imagination. In addition, no child or adult likes instructions, and a fairy tale does not teach directly. It "allows itself" to hint at how best to act in a given situation. Fairy tales are good because they do not contain long and tedious reasoning.
The deck is well suited for working with
- children and adults
- family scenarios and roles,
- clarifying relationships,
- qualities of a person and other cases when it is necessary to identify specific characters.
