· students of psychological and pedagogical specialties

WHAT IS THIS COURSE ABOUT?

What is this course about?

The course "Inclusive Education through the Lens of Neuropsychology" is a practical training on how a child's brain works and how this knowledge helps to effectively build inclusive learning.

This course is about:

· why children learn, concentrate and react differently;

· how neuropsychological processes influence behavior and emotions;

· how to recognize ADHD, autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other difficulties;

· how to properly adapt lessons, tasks and the environment to the child;

· how to create a safe, understandable and supportive inclusive space;

· how neurocorrectional and sensorimotor exercises help children learn;

· how to work in a team: teacher - psychologist - IRC - parents;

· how to build an individual educational trajectory for children with SEN.

This is a course that provides not only knowledge, but also specific tools to make your work easier, more efficient, and more professional.

Course terms and conditions

Price:    9,800 UAH 

  • Early registration price until 25.11.2025: 5,600 UAH

  • Classes are held once a week.

  • Duration of one module — 8 academic hours

  • The total program volume is 40 academic hours.

  • Total course duration — 2 months

  • Platform: ZOOM

  • Each lesson is accompanied by a video recording.

  • Materials are stored in Google Classroom

  • Access to materials — 24/7 throughout the course

  • Closed Telegram group for participants: support, reminders, answers to questions, discussions

NATALIA SABLINA

D. in Psychology, Associate Professor of Psychology and Pedagogy.
Head of the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers, Director of the Natalia Sablina Training Centre.
An expert with practical experience in working with the military and their families. She has been providing psychological support and assistance to the military since 2014.
From 2022-2024, she trained more than 3000 consultants in military psychology.

CERTIFICATE

Certificate

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of advanced training from the Natalia Sablina Training Centre. The course fee includes a certificate in Ukrainian. If you wish, you can order a certificate in English for an additional fee. 
Our documents (certificates, certificates, etc.) can be counted as advanced training, as they fully comply with the requirements of paragraph 13 of the Procedure for advanced training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 800 of 21.08.2019, and entered into force on 03 September 2019.

CERTIFICATION CONDITIONS: participation in all modules and workshops, completion of homework in full, development and defence of a certification paper.

The online platform for conducting online classes is ZOOM
Confirmation of participation will take place after the prepayment is made. The details for making a prepayment will be sent to the e-mail specified in the registration form

MODULE 1. Neuropsychological foundations of child development

Theoretical block:

  1. Structure and functions of a child's brain: frontal, parietal, occipital, temporal regions

  2. Age stages of brain maturation

  3. Neuroplasticity, interhemispheric interaction

  4. How learning, memory, attention, and speech are formed

 

Practical block:

  • Exercise "Dominant Hemisphere"

  • Motor practice "Crossroads" (activation of both hemispheres)

  • Pair work: analysis of age-related crises in brain development

  • Mini-test "Neurology: How a Child's Brain Thinks"

 

MODULE 2. Neuropsychological Developmental Disorders: Learning and Behavioral Difficulties

Theoretical block:

  1. Neuropsychological causes of learning difficulties

  2. Dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, autism, mental retardation

  3. Signs of neuropsychological disintegration: motor skills, attention, perception

  4. Early diagnosis and screening system

 

Practical block:

  • Screening “Map of Cognitive Development”

  • “Attention and Memory” Testing

  • Art exercise “My brain is stressed”

  • Group case analysis: “child doesn’t listen”, “child doesn’t pay attention”

 

MODULE 3. Inclusion in education: standards, team, principles

Theoretical block:

  1. Law of Ukraine "On Education", "On Mental Health", Procedure for organizing inclusive education

  2. The concept of “special educational needs” (SEN)

  3. Team support model: the role of psychologist, teacher, assistant, IRC

  4. Principles of an inclusive approach: accessibility, dignity, respect, capacity building

 

Practical block:

  • Role play “Team meeting: a student with ADHD in the classroom”

  • Exercise “Partnership Model with Parents”

  • Creating a child support profile

  • Brainstorming: “What should an inclusive school be like?”

 

MODULE 4. Neuropsychological correction, sensorimotor and environmental adaptation

Theoretical block:

  1. Methods of neuropsychological correction: motor skills, coordination, attention

  2. Sensory integration: a balance of stimulation and calming

  3. Working with the body in the educational process

  4. How to create a sensory-safe learning environment

 

Practical block:

  • Exercises “Mirror Movement” and “Balance Walk”

  • Sensory-motor game “Touch the world”

  • Workshop “Tactile safety in interaction with a child”

  • Development of an individual neurocorrection plan

 

MODULE 5. Practicum, Supervision and Integration: Inclusive Practice in Action

Theoretical block:

  1. Interaction with IRC, educational institutions, parents

  2. Algorithm for building an individual educational trajectory

  3. Determining support effectiveness

  4. Ethical norms, professional boundaries and self-regulation of a specialist

 

Practical block:

  • Analysis of real cases of participants

  • Group supervision session

  • Defense of the individual case “My student with OOP”

  • Art reflection “My inclusive mission”
