Who this course is for
Who is this course for? Educators, teachers, lecturers, social workers, psychologists, heads of departments, individual units, training programme leaders, businessmen, politicians.
The course "Conflictology" provides training for personnel who have the knowledge, tools for managing and effectively resolving conflict in difficult situations to resolve conflicts peacefully.
The course is distinguished by its practical orientation, the development and improvement of participants' skills in effective interaction and the ability to prevent conflict through
- Provision of tools for conflict management,
- improvement of self-control and self-regulation skills,
- identifying the peculiarities of their behaviour in a conflict situation and correcting it.

4 weeks - 12 training sessions.
1 week - 1 training module (3 lessons)
Course fee
- 3000 UAH if you pay for the entire course.
- 900 UAH for one training module (3 webinars)
- 350 UAH for one webinar
WHAT AFTER THE COURSE
What you will get after completing the course
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of advanced training in the state language from the Natalia Sablina Training Centre and the International Association of Psychologists and Expert Trainers. You can also order an additional certificate in English.
Our documents (certificates, certificates, etc.) can be counted as part of the advanced training, as they fully comply with the requirements of paragraph 13 of the Procedure for advanced training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 800 of 21.08.2019, which came into force on 03 September 2019.
TERMS OF CERTIFICATION: participation in all modules and workshops, completion of homework, certification work.

Webinar # 2 Personal boundaries, social circles, emotional intelligence, ability to empathise. Emotions and needs of the child. What is hidden behind a conflict situation.
Webinar # 3 Conflict prevention in a children's group (traditions, rituals, bibliography, experience of folk tales, useful cartoons)
Module 2: "General Conflictology"
Webinar No. 1 The concept of conflict, classification of conflicts by content, nature of participants, impact on the functioning of the team) Functional consequences of conflicts for participants
Webinar # 2 Causes of conflicts. Types and levels of conflicts. Phases of conflict development
Webinar # 3 Strategies of behaviour in conflict situations. Algorithms for overcoming conflicts.
3 module: "Prevention of conflicts"
Webinar No. 1 Non-violent communication according to M. Rosenberg. Maslow's pyramid of needs. Establishing communication according to the algorithm: emotions - needs - requests.
Webinar #2 Defining the ideal end result. Creative thinking, flexibility of perception of the situation, theory of inventive problem solving
Webinar #3 Conflict prevention. Technology of cooperation and preventive diplomacy. Team microclimate, technologies for stabilising the emotional state.

The training modules are structured to provide information on working with conflicts according to the age of the participants: from children's conflictology to team building for employees, volunteers, and family members.
